A few checks before you buy.

Read the photos and description together. Ask about size, condition, missing accessories and current availability. Read the store’s details too; a badge never replaces checking the item.

Use Debelu checkout. Treat requests for a direct transfer, an unexpected payment link or an early delivery PIN with caution. Keep messages in the order so you have a record if something goes wrong.

Agree on pickup or delivery before paying. For an in-person handover, choose a busy, well-lit public place. Take someone with you if that helps you feel comfortable. Change the plan if the location feels unsafe.

Compare the item with the listing. Check condition, size, quantity and accessories; test gadgets where practical. Share the delivery PIN only after inspection. Keep passwords and login codes private at all times.

Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.

If the item is wrong, damaged or missing, keep your delivery PIN private. Open the order and report the issue with clear photos and a short explanation. Report suspicious listings or messages through the available report controls.
