From your first find to your first sale.
Browse products, pay through Debelu and inspect your order before sharing your delivery PIN. Here’s how it works for both sides.
Free to buy. Free to list.

Buying or selling? Start here.
Find your item
Browse campus stores. Check the item’s details and availability with the seller.
Pay through Debelu
Pay from your order. Payment is held while the seller prepares your purchase.
Inspect your order
Check the item at handover before sharing your delivery PIN.

Your payment stays put while you check.
Pay through your order. Debelu holds payment while the seller gets your item ready.
Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.
Understand the vaultThe last check is yours.
Check the item against the listing before you confirm receipt.
Check what arrived
Compare the item with the listing: condition, quantity, size and any agreed accessories.
Keep the right code private
Never share your password or login codes. Only share your delivery PIN with the seller after you have inspected your order.
Report a problem promptly
If something is wrong, do not share the delivery PIN. Open the order and report the issue with clear photos and a description.
Good questions. Clear answers.
Is it free to buy and list?
Buying and listing on Debelu are free. A service fee applies when you make a sale. See Pricing for the current fee and calculator.
When is payment released?
Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Do not share your delivery PIN if there is a problem. Open the order and report the issue with clear evidence. An open dispute keeps funds held while Debelu reviews it.
Is every purchase delivered to my door?
Delivery and pickup arrangements depend on the listing and seller. Confirm the location, timing and any delivery charge before placing your order.
Does wallet release mean an instant bank payout?
No. Release makes funds available in the seller’s wallet under the payment rules. Bank withdrawal is a separate step.
