How long does it take to get started?
Add your store information and follow the review steps shown in your account. Timing depends on completing those steps and any review required; no fixed approval time is promised.
Does opening a store guarantee buyers?
No. Clear listings, accurate availability, and good communication help buyers make a decision, but Debelu does not guarantee sales.
What happens when there is a dispute?
An open dispute keeps funds held during review. Keep clear order information and respond to evidence requests. Follow the dispute guide rather than pressuring a buyer to share their PIN.
