Your store starts here.
From your first listing to getting paid, here’s what to do.
1. Set up your store
Create your account, then apply to sell. Add your store name, campus, a short description and the documents requested in your account. Use your own details and clear, readable photos.
Check your account for the review decision. If we need a correction, follow the instructions before applying again.
2. Show the actual item
- Take clear photos of what the buyer will receive, including any wear or damage.
- Add the price, condition, size, available options and included accessories.
- Choose the right category and keep stock up to date.
Good details save back-and-forth messages. A buyer should know what they are paying for before placing an order.
3. Prepare the order
Check new orders in your seller account. Confirm the item, agree on pickup or delivery, and let the buyer know about delays. Keep the conversation attached to the order.
4. Let the buyer check
For pickup, choose a busy, well-lit place. Bring the agreed item and let the buyer inspect it before asking for their delivery PIN. Enter that PIN through the order; never ask for a password or login code.
Sharing your delivery PIN after inspection releases funds to the seller’s wallet. If no PIN is shared and no dispute is opened, funds are automatically released three days after delivery.
5. Know your earnings
Listing is free. A service fee applies when you sell. Use the fee calculator to see what you keep.
Payment release adds funds to your Debelu wallet. Bank withdrawal is a separate request, subject to the checks and processing shown in your account. Check your bank details carefully before requesting a withdrawal.
6. Handle problems promptly
Keep photos, messages and handover records. Respond when support asks for information. If a buyer reports a problem, work through the order’s dispute process and give accurate evidence.
