Protect your sign-in
Use a password you do not use elsewhere. Keep passwords, login codes and reset links private. Debelu support should not need these to help you.
Check the destination
Open Debelu directly rather than following unexpected payment or sign-in links. Be cautious of messages that create urgency or ask you to move a payment outside the app.
Use the order flow
Never share your password or login codes. Only share your delivery PIN with the seller after you have inspected your order.

Pay and communicate through Debelu so the order and its evidence stay together. If the item is wrong, do not share the delivery PIN; report the problem from the order.
