What does a verified badge mean?
Understand the badge, the seller review and the checks that still matter.
1. What the badge tells you
A Verified badge means the store is marked as verified in Debelu’s records. It is information about the seller review, not a promise that every product is genuine, available or in good condition.
A store without a badge is not shown as verified. That alone does not tell you why the badge is absent or whether an earlier seller application was approved.
2. Applying to sell
Create an account, add your store details and campus, and submit the identity or campus documents requested in the application. Use your own documents and make sure the details are readable.
3. Following your review
Check your account for the decision or requests for corrections. Seller access depends on the review and account rules. Selecting seller intent during signup does not itself approve a store.
If your application was approved but the badge looks wrong, contact support. We need to check the account record; please do not send identity documents through public messages.
4. Checking before you buy
Read the listing, ask about condition and availability, and agree on delivery or pickup. Inspect the item before sharing your delivery PIN, including when the store has a badge.
